The Hill (Original) MyFreeCopyright.com Registered & Protected

Original Photography by: +Thomas Hawk

A long way up hill,
Stairs,
She dare not rest.
Wall over wall,
A successful victory?
Not!
A war, her husband.
A battle, her son.
Alone and dismayed,
Indeed she was!
Lost with remorse.
Karma?
She saw it as one.
The top of the hill,
Heaven she saw!
A long journey.
Yet time flew by.
Alone at last,
Yet alone,
She always was.
An unhappy funeral,
For the husband and son.
Not for death,
But for green itself.
A successful war,
She finally had.
The hill, life it was.
