Scenery in Trice (Original)

River by the slope,
Trees by the water,
Clouds by the mountain,
Everlasting it seemed it was.

Eventually it grew apart,
Only a distant touch,
Alone for time,
Beauty in trice.

Like the love I feel,
This story lives in me,
For I am the scenery,
In the unreachable time.

Shapes of Life (Original)

Walking in circles
Was not something I wanted,
There is more to life,
Than simple shapes; redundant.

I longed to shape paths,
A long path worth walking on,
Where I can return
And see the long trek I made.

We learn every day,
Sometimes more than other days,
An experience
That forms a distinct new shape.

Boats (Original)

Boat near the pier,
Boat in the water,
The boat is calm,
The boat has traveled
Distance before.

Vivid boat there,
A faster boat here,
Others distinct
Some are similar,
But still a boat.

The soul is fragile;
You taught me that.
With a demanding hand
You shaped my life,
You led my way,
Inspired my dreams,
Gave me hope,
And spread my wings.
You slowly pushed me,
A steep cliff it was.
I fell for long.
God gave me will
To find your embrace
Amongst the clear sky.
You had faith in me,
You knew I would fly!
You gave me an opportunity
To be able to feel
What it is
To feel alive again.
